  After 60-year-old Brian Principe was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer with spread to his liver, he became the first patient to receive Hepatic Artery Infusion (HAI) therapy at the Mayo Clinic in Florida. • Doug Scanlon: A Story of Hope
  Husband and father Doug Scanlon was just 48 years old when he was diagnosed with Stage 4 colorectal cancer that had spread to his liver. He wanted to avoid being only in “maintenance mode” and began looking for treatment options beyond the standard regimen. He sought a second opinion at the University of Colorado Cancer Center, where doctors recommended Hepatic Artery Infusion (HAI) therapy. He received an HAI pump, and about one year later, all of the tumors in his liver were removed. Doug says the decision to get HAI therapy was one of the most significant decisions of his life, calling his results “about as big a grand slam as you could hope for.”…
