Mori Arkin is one of Israel’s most successful life sciences and pharmaceutical entrepreneurs. He founded Arkin Holdings, which owns a healthcare portfolio of $1 billion through four investment arms with holdings in some 20 Israeli pharmaceutical drug and equipment development companies. He previously headed Agis, which he took over from his late father at age 19 and grew into a leading U.S. dermatological company. Mr. Arkin holds undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University and studied for several years at the university’s Cohn Institute for the History and Philosophy of Science and Ideas.
